I enjoyed my stay with a comfortable bed and the AC kept the room nice. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and helpful tips for local dining, which enhanced our experience. Consider asking for a room away from the trash area to avoid odors.

The stay was comfortable with all amenities for a one-night trip. The pool was nice, and it’s perfect for families with pets. The rooms are clean. There’s a big pet area at the back! The hotel offered stunning views and was conveniently located near restaurants.

The King Room was exceptionally clean and well-prepared, with a pleasant atmosphere that added to the comfort of the stay. Location is a strong point with easy access to nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations. Breakfast options were limited, but I found the oatmeal to be a decent choice. Noise levels were manageable, though the room could benefit from more soundproofing. some external noise did seep in during my stay.

vagabond inn is a solid choice for solo travelers. the staff, especially penny, made my stay memorable and welcoming. the king room was clean, comfortable, and you can't beat the value. plus, it's conveniently located between san francisco and las vegas. the outdoor pool was a nice touch too!

Clean room, comfortable bed, with a large grassy yard perfect for my dog to enjoy while we took advantage of the nearby dining options and the convenient location near the highway for easy access.

My experience was marred by the inconsistent cleaning service. on several occasions, the room was not clean and only received fresh towels without any actual cleaning. Additionally, the absence of USB ports for charging devices was a hassle, especially for a $200/night rate, which also included an unexpected 'resort fee' that seemed unjustified given the lack of notable amenities. Plus, there were a few ants in the room, a minor nuisance but annoying nonetheless.

Consider requesting a room away from the parking lot for a quieter stay, especially during workdays when tradesmen are up early.

If you're cruising through Bishop, grab a bite at Holy Smoke Texas BBQ for some mouthwatering brisket and hit up Starbucks for a solid cup of joe. The staff at Vagabond Inn are friendly and the rooms are clean and tidy, making it a decent pit stop.

But don’t even get me started on the room chaos—keys that wouldn’t work and the phone was a total flop! The A/C in Room 214 was relentlessly noisy, and it felt like I was camping in the Arctic with the draft creeping in. What a bummer!
